Parenting is one of the toughest jobs in the world and does not come with a one size fits all option. It can be complex, but researchers have been able to identify 4 common parenting styles and how they correlate with outcomes in adulthood. Join Licensed Professional Counselor, Kristin Rich, for a 4 week 1hr class to discuss each style in-depth and how to have the balance between structure and nurture so that kids feel seen, heard, and valued while also having limits and structure.

Class will be led by Kristin Rich, LPC in Fall 2024
